Where is Stone Soup located?

Stone Soup is located at the corner of Akadimias and Charilaou Trikoupi 18 street in central Athens. It is a 4-minute walk from Panepistimio Metro Station and within walking distance of the Acropolis and Mount Lycabettus.

Is the space accessible by public transport?

Yes. Panepistimio Metro Station and multiple bus lines are just a few minutes away.

Is parking available nearby?

Yes, there are several paid parking facilities within walking distance of the building.

What are your opening hours?

Coworking access is available Monday to Friday, according to the membership type. Private office members benefit from 24/5 secure access.

Can I access the space on weekends?

Weekend access is available for private office members or by prior arrangement for events.

Membership & Services

What types of workspaces do you offer?

We offer shared coworking desks, dedicated desks, private offices for teams, meeting rooms, workshop rooms, day offices, day passes, and virtual office services.

What is included in the membership price?

Membership includes high-speed internet (1,700 Mbps bandwidth), daily cleaning, access to shared coworking areas and lounge spaces, use of the fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea, security and access control systems, and participation in community events.

Depending on the selected plan, meeting room hours, phone booth use, mail handling, and the option to use Stone Soup as a legal and tax address are also included. All prices are listed excluding VAT. Optional services and add-ons are clearly communicated in advance.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All pricing is transparent and optional add-ons are communicated clearly in advance.

Do you offer meeting rooms?

Yes. Meeting rooms are available by the hour or day and include high-speed internet, screens or projectors, whiteboards, and audio equipment.

Can I visit for just one day?

Yes. Our Day Pass provides full-day access to the coworking space during business hours for €17 (excluding VAT).

Do you offer virtual office services?

Yes. Our Virtual Office service includes a central Athens business address, mail handling, and company registration support. Meeting rooms can be booked separately when needed.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Pets are welcome as long as they remain close to their owners and are comfortable in a shared environment.

Is the space secure?

Yes. The building features controlled access system, an alarm connected to a monitoring center and closed-circuit television (CCTV). Members access the space via key card, key fob, or the Stone Soup mobile app.

Can international companies establish a base at Stone Soup?

Yes. We host international and remote-first companies that need a professional base in Athens. Our private offices and virtual office services allow you to establish a presence quickly without long-term commercial lease commitments.

Do you offer flexible contracts for growing teams?

Yes. Our agreements are designed to accommodate team growth. Office sizes can be adjusted based on availability, and contract terms remain more flexible than traditional commercial leases.

Can we use Stone Soup as our legal and tax address?

Yes. Our membership plans include the option to use Stone Soup as your legal and tax address. This can be combined with private office, coworking, or virtual office services depending on your needs.

Is the infrastructure suitable for tech or data-heavy teams?

Yes. Our Redundant High Speed Internet (Total Bandwidth 1700 Mbps) powered by two independent channels, optical fiber and microwave, is ensuring stable and continuous connectivity. Private offices include autonomous air conditioning, secure access, and full IT setup to support professional operations.

Can we host client meetings and events on-site?

Yes. Meeting rooms and event spaces can be booked as needed through our booking system. The rooftop terrace is also available for curated events or private gatherings.
